Camas Community Education (CCE) is a vital part of Camas School District, enriching the lives of community members, students, and staff with quality extracurricular activities in a variety of categories, delivered the whole year though. CCE has something for everyone.
In the course of a year, CCE organizes more than 150 classes and camps for nearly 1,800 participants—plus an additional 400 students who participate in before and after learning programs—at eleven locations across the district. Wednesday Early Release classes are offered to students at six locations and include bussing to ZAC from all Camas elementary schools.
A brochure listing community education classes is published quarterly—in early September, January, April, and May—and is delivered electronically to all Camas School District families through School Messenger email. You may also stop by the Camas Community Education office, the Camas School District office, the Camas Public Library, or any Camas school to pick up a copy.
The Community Education program is a nonprofit entity. Instructor and staff salaries, materials, supplies, and fees are paid for by participant fees.
